Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder

I believe that beauty can be found in most things. The most battered object can have a spark of beauty if you look hard enough. I love to make-over just about anything and match it to what my mind’s eye see’s; the potential that is there.

Next time you see something that you would normally consider to be quite horrid, or ugly. Look for the beauty even if it is envisioned in what could be with a little tweaking here and there. Just that little change in your outlook transfers to the way you look at everything, if you do it enough!

A positive thought for the day…..keeps the grumpies away!

This chest was made in a honey finish. I painted with chalk paint that I made, and distressed. Finished with wax to create a velvet smooth look.
